A. General Conditions

HOUSE KEEPING
Houses must be left as clean as on your arrival. Please check the cleanness and the tidiness of the house when you leave.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTIES
Most of the properties advertised in this catalogue (or in this site) have been visited at least once by our agency. Moreover the descriptions filled by the property owners have been entirely and faithfully condensed in this catalogue (or in this site). In spite of these precautions, if your accommodation rental fails to live up to its advertised description "Villas et Visages du Maroc" cannot be held responsible for a fault committed by the owner (covering up, oversight, hidden defaults,...). Similarly, "Villas et Visages du Maroc", being a middleman, is no way liable for alterations affecting the rented property or its surroundings or availability if it has not been informed of them by the owner before the booking date and the arrival at the holiday accommodation.

NUMBER OF PERSONS USING THE ACCOMMODATION
If you exceed the maximum number of persons stated for your holiday accommodation, you risk being refused acces to the property on arrival or having to pay an additional charge justly asked by the owner.

DEPOSIT
You will be systematically asked to pay a deposit. This deposit will be given to the owner as soon as you arrive, you won’t be allowed in without this deposit. The deposit will be return to you the day of departure, minus the cost of any damage caused. The owner does not cash the cheque. Be very watchful for the inventory of fixture. "Villas et Visages du Maroc" cannot be held as responsible concerning this deposit.

COMPLAINS
If you wish to complain about the material quality of your holiday accommodation, you must first inform us by phone within 72 hours after your arrival; it will be followed by a recorded delivery letter sent within 4 days after your arrival. Once this time has lapsed (a maximum of 6 days), no complaint can be investigated, and "Villas et Visages de la Terre" will pay the balance to the owner. This period has been decided to protect you from any possible unpleasant surprise: that’s why you should respect it. For less important details, we can help and be middleman with the property owner.

RESERVATION

TO BOOK WITH "Villas et Visages du Maroc"
All you need to do is send us the booking form. Please sign it and send it with your down payment cheque or bankcard number (except American Express).
Do not hesitate to phone us or come to our offices (with an appointment) for further details. Once you have made your choice, write down two other choices on the booking form, in case your first choice is already booked.

CONFIRMATION
Within 10 days of booking, you will receive your confirmation. It gives you the number of your rental contract.

FOLLOWING FORMALITIES
As soon as we receive the down payment at least 30% of the total amount you can ask for an optional extra service (housekeeping, linen ...). After receiving the balance of hire, the complete address and maps (if necessary) will be sent to you with the travel form.

BOOKING AND CONFIRMING

* The "CLASSIC" option.
Please send a cheque or bankcard number representing 30% of the accommodation rental. The balance of hire must reach us no later than 30 days before your departure.
* The "DIRECT PAYMENT"
If you reserve less than 40 days before your departure, you must pay the total amount of your accommodation rental. LOOK OUT !!
If your payment doesn’t reach us in time, your accommodation rental could be cancelled legitimately without notice, and the amount remaining payable at any time by "Villas et Visages de la Terre".

Cancellation

Every Account or balance paid by the renter cannot be refunded (except special arrangment with the owner in case of re-renting).
