The villa is located at Oualidia, small village and one of the most beautiful beaches of Morocco situated on the Atlantic coast between Safi and El Jadida, 180 km away from Marrakesh and Casablanca. Here, sandy beaches which stretch on kilometres and dozens small sandy bays sheltered by cliffs. Oualidia possesses several famous parks of oyster culture. Lovers of surfing, fishing, adventurestill in search of serenity, Oualidia abounds in activities conceived for the pleasure of each.
La Diouana is a luxurious 30’s villa overlooking the lagoon. Located close to the old kasbah, the house has been restored using a combination of modern and traditional Moroccan techniques. All rooms have moucharrabieh woodwork and tadlakt floors. Three hours from Marrakech, the peace at La Diouana is slow and unhurried. By day, you can sunbathesnooze on the roof terrace, gazing down at the lagoon far below you. By night, you can look up at a panoply of stars with only the distant roar of the sea and the rustle of wind in the tamaris trees.
The house consists of three spacious and comfortable bedrooms, a large kitchen, library, roof terrace and lounge with open fire and a panoramic view over the ocean. The house is surrounded by an acre of private walled garden planted with palm trees, eucalyptus, hibiscus, oleander and bougainvillea.
